Early Access to Registration for the Student Talent Show 12/6
If your pirate plans on participating in the talent show this year, please make sure at least one of your student's parents or caregivers is a cleared volunteer before registration begins in December. When you sign up your performer for the talent show you will also have to commit to volunteering at least 2 hours of your time towards the talent show rehearsals or performances. Cleared volunteers will have early access to talent show registration -- Friday, December 6th - two days before it is posted publicly. This is very important and NEW this year. Song choice is 1st come, 1st served.

Early Access to Registration for the Student Talent Show 12/6

TK - 4TH Rehearsals

5 Minute Rehearsal
CHOOSE ONE Tues 1/13 OR Thurs 1/15 - Afterschool til 5 pm. Performers/Acts will sign up for one 5 minute slot on just ONE of these days (this was formerly known as the “audition”.) This will be the first time the director and producers will see the student’s perform their act. Grown-ups will wait outside Gate 2 and take their Pirate Performer home immediately after (or we will escort the performer back to Boys & Girls Club, Around the Bell or ASD). |
15 Minute Rehearsal
Choose ONE! Performers/Acts will sign up for ONE 15 minute slot on ONE of these 4 days. We are also asking all performers to go home after school, eat a snack or meal, and change into their costume before arriving ready to start the show at 4:30pm.

5th Grade Talent Show Workshop
This workshop is for 5th Graders only.
Wed 1/7 - 2:45 - 6:00 pm
5th Graders will learn the choreography for the 5th Grade Dance, participate in theatre/improv games, and workshop the scripts for the 5th grade skits and Poquito Mas "commercial".
5th Grade Rehearsals
These rehearsals are for 5th Graders only. Unless otherwise noted, we will rehearse individual talent acts, 5th Grade Skits and the 5th Grade Dance during these rehearsals.
