Disney Employee Matching Program

​The Walt Disney Company and most of its affiliates will match its employee’s charitable donations of up to $15,000 a year. 
 
To submit your FFS donation to the Disney Employee Matching Gifts program by following these instructions:

1. Logon to http://MatchingGifts.Disney.com
2. Click “Apply Now”
3. Search for R.L. Stevenson Elementary in Burbank, California
4. Under Terms and Conditions click “Select”, then “I Accept”
5. Enter the amount you donated to FFS, the date of your donation, and the amount you are asking Disney to match, up to $15,000 a year
6. Under designation enter Families for Stevenson then click “Save and Proceed” – If you do not enter the correct designation, FFS may not receive the match
7. Once you have verified your information, hit “Submit” and wait for confirmation
8. Look for an email from Disney with the donation confirmation instructions you will need to follow
9. Email ffsdonations@stevensonpirates.org once all steps have been completed to inform us of the pending Disney Company donation. 
   1. ​​Please include your name, the date and amount of the donation, and the gift ID#.

Warner Bros. Employee Matching Program

Warner Bros. and most of its affiliates will match its employee’s charitable donations of up to $1,000 a year.

To submit your FFS donation to the Warner Bros. Employee Matching Program please follow these instructions:

1. Access the WB employee grant matching program via Behind the Shield using the Impact Giving Program
2. Log onto http://wb.benevity.org
3. Click on the Search function for R L Stevenson Elementary in Burbank, CA
4. Click “Donate Now”
5. Enter your donation amount and fill out the form
6. Click the Leave a Comment box and inform them that your donation is to be assigned to Families for Stevenson – If you do not do this, FFS may not receive the match
7. Click “Confirm Donation”
8. Look for an email confirmation
9. Email ffsdonations@stevensonpirates.org once all steps have been completed to inform us of the pending WB Company donation. 
   1. ​Please include your name, the date and amount of the donation, and the gift ID#.
